DIXON – The Lee County Health Department reports 16 of the 58 individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 are now considered recovered and released from isolation. On Thursday they announced two more positive tests from the Jack Mabley Center in Dixon. All residents are expected to be tested by the end of Friday. The residential facility for individuals with developmental and sensory disabilities, is at the center of a Coronavirus outbreak that has so far infected 26 residents.
