OTTAWA- The LaSalle County Health Department has confirmed two additional COVID-19 cases bringing the total to 41 cases.since the beginning of the Pandemic. The additional cases are both females in their 50’s.
The latest update also indicates that one of the newer cases is in Mendota, which is now showing 7 positive tests out of 42 performed.
Public health officials are working actively to identify and investigate all individuals who were in contact with the case. Four additional residents have recovered and have been released from isolation. The total number of recovered individuals for LaSalle County stands at 17.
