OTTAWA – 3 heroin overdoses within the last 30 minutes were reported in Ottawa today. According to the Ottawa Police Department the same batch of heroin is the cause for the 3 overdoses in just a short period of time. The Ottawa Police are asking everyone to share the information with any addicts for their safety.
