3,484 considered recovered from COVID-19 in LaSalle County; 2,629 active cases remain

 
OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department on Sunday announced that nearly 3,500 residents are considered recovered from prior COVID-19 infections, however 2,629 active cases remain. They also announced 68 new infections. Since the pandemic began 129 residents have died from complications of COVID-19, including 91 from those in long term care facilities.
