Barn Fire in Rural Earlville Saturday night

EARLVILLE- A barn was destroyed after a 4th of July night fire in rural Earlville.    Around 10 PM the Earlville Fire Department was called to the 900 block of North 45th Road and upon arrival found the barn fully engulfed.   Leland, Mendota and Troy Grove assisted in battling the blaze.  According to Earlville Fire Chief Larry Todd there were no animals in the barn and no injuries were reported.   The cause of the fire was not determined, but suspected to be accidental in nature.
