LASALLE – The City of La Salle’s biggest party of the year is back in action! Celebrate LaSalle returns June 24 to the 27th on Second Street in the historic downtown LaSalle with returning musical acts and new performers. Hairbanger’s Ball will be returning for their fourth visit to LaSalle to kick off the celebration from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday. The kids’ carnival, car show, craft vendor fair, and Celebrate La Salle 5K Race is scheduled for Friday. 7 Bridges will also make an appearance for “The Ultimate Eagles Experience” on Saturday night.
The carnival will hold wrist band specials for $25 from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The Celebrate La Salle Car Show will open registration from 7:30 a.m. to noon Sunday with a vehicle entry fee of $12. For more information on the Car Show, call Diz at 815-224-3754 or Mike at 815-488-2867.
