LASALLE – LaSalle’s City Council is moving forward with plans to establish electric vehicle charging stations in the city. Currently, the city is considering a single station that will support charging two electric vehicles of any kind. Installation would cost the city roughly $8,000. Economic Development Director Leah Inmann says it would be beneficial for the city to begin supporting electric vehicles due to their rise in sales and innovation.
