BEAVER DAM, WI – A DeKalb County Assistant State’s Attorney is dead, a victim of an apparent homicide Saturday afternoon in Wisconsin. Officials in Dodge County say that 30 year-old Stacia Hollinshead was found dead after an alleged domestic violence incident. The Beaver Dam police were called to a home around 2:40 p.m. for a report of a shooting. One suspect who had yet to be named was taken into custody, however the investigation is ongoing. The DeKalb County State’s Attorney’s Office stated that Hollinshead was a native of Effingham, a U.S. Army intelligence analyst for 11 years, and a graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law. She began working in the Sycamore office this past November.
