DEKALB – 23 more COVID-19 cases were announced in DeKalb County on Friday. Since the start of the pandemic, the DeKalb County Health Department has confirmed 653 positive cases of coronavirus, with 20 deaths. 121 of these cases have come from residents and staff of various long-term care facilities in the county, with 13 deaths coming from the facilities as well. There are currently 203 individuals still recovering from COVID-19 in the county.
