DEKALB – In a notice sent to parents from DeKalb High School this morning, Principal James Horne advised of a situation involving a student with a possible weapon. It was reported that at 7:40 Friday morning a weapon may have been seen on a bus and brought into the school. The school was put on a soft lock down and after an investigation by DeKalb Police and school officials the student was questioned and the situation was resolved. School activities returned to normal and Principal Horne stated there is no further cause for concern. (File photo Studstill media)
