STREATOR – Get rid of your unused or expired medication this weekend in Streator. Live Well Streator’s annual prescription drug take-back event will be at Streator City Park from 9 AM – 12 PM. You can drop off your unwanted or expired prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs via drive-thru disposal, but they do ask that labels be removed from packages or personal information be blacked out. Flushing medication down the toilet contributes to pollution, so it is advised that you participate if you have medication to dispose of.
