OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department will be holding a drive-thru flu shot clinic Saturday. They say that getting a seasonal flu vaccine will be more important than ever for protecting your health and the health of those around you. The drive-thru clinic will be open to the public and no appointment is necessary. The clinic will be from 10:00 AM -1:00 PM Saturday and will be held at the LaSalle County Governmental Complex in Ottawa. Recipients of the flu vaccine are asked to wear a mask and a short- sleeved shirt.
For easy access please sit with your preferred arm facing the window. To keep the flow of the drive-thru clinic and to save time we are asking all participants to please pre- register at www.lasallecounty.org. Pre-registration ends Friday at 3:30 pm. They will be offering insurance billing or cash only payment. Debit or credit cards will not be accepted. The fee for the seasonal flu shot will be $25. The fee for influenza High Dose will be $50. Most insurances will be accepted. They say you must have your insurance card with you and a photo ID. No Doctors order is required.
