The Mendota Museum and Historical Society would like you to join us Saturday, June 16th from 10-4 for our Railroad Crossing & Country Fair Day.
Please join us at the Union Depot and Breaking Prairie Museums for, free street train rides for the kids courtesy of Norman Strow.
We will have tours of our vintage rail cars, Breaking Prairie Barn and Chapel, and Union Depot Museums, Demonstrations of Traditional Country Crafts, Vintage Tractor Display, Gandy Dancer rides, NIBA Bluegrass music, MEndota Vintage entertainment display, Operation Life Saver, Locomotive Air Horn exhibit, and special appearances by the “Old West Register” Cowboys.
We will be serving lunch rom 11am-2pm and there will be a Farmers market from 8am-12pm.
