MARSEILLES – Saturday Marseilles will come alive with the sound of motorcycles as they kick off the 16th annual freedom run to honor veterans. The celebration begins at 6 a.m. where motorcycles will be lined up at the Grundy County Fairgrounds north of Morris. There will be a pancake breakfast until 9:30, and cyclists will kick off the run at 10:30 where they will be headed for the Middle East Conflict Wall Memorial in Marseilles. Following the run, a ceremony and an after party along Main Street will begin at 1 p.m.
