LASALLE – A Job Fair hosted by the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Illinois Department of Employment Security, and Illinois Department of Revenue will be taking place on Thursday. Veterans are encouraged to register starting at 10 a.m. at the Illinois Veterans’ Home in LaSalle. Members of the general public can also take part, and they ask they register after 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in applying for a job is encouraged to attend. The Veterans’ Home is at 1015 O’Conor Avenue in LaSalle. The event goes until noon.
