OTTAWA – Two deputies are moving up the ranks in the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office. On Monday LaSalle County Sheriff Adam Diss announced that Jason Martin has been promoted to Undersheriff, a position Diss held until being appointed Sheriff in July. David Ortiz was also promoted to Chief Deputy for the county. According to the Sheriff, they both have 42 years of combined service to the county.
