Livingston County Health Department prioritizes school personnel in efforts to get children back in school

PONTIAC – The Livingston County Health Department has received and administered over 2800 doses of the Mederma Vaccine as of Friday, Since late December the health department has coordinated a minimum of 2-3 COVID-19 vaccination clinics per week for those eligible in Phase 1A as well as those eligible in Phase 1B. Also within Phase 1B, the health department has chosen to prioritize school personnel in an effort to get children back in schools as quickly and safely as possible. This week, first dose clinics were completed with all Livingston County schools.
