Longtime Utica Firefighter passes away

UTICA – The Utica Fire Department announced Thursday that Chief of Staff Ed Rogers passes away on February 27th.     Rogers began serving the district in 1997, and held many roles over the years, including EMS Director and was a president of the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System – District 25.   According to Utica Fire Chief Ben Brown,  there will be a memorial service at the Utica Fire Station at a later date.
