MORRIS – Grundy County Coroner John W. Callahan’s Office has released the name of the woman who died Wednesday evening on Route 47 near Mazon. 23-year-old Sabrina M. Slater was killed in the two vehicle accident. The incident remains under investigation by the Coroner’s office and the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.
