LASALLE – No injuries were reported in a house fire in LaSalle Thursday night. Multiple fire departments responded to the 600 block of Edwards Avenue for a fiery blaze at around 5 p.m. According to LaSalle Fire Chief Andy Bacidore, no one was inside of the home at the time of the fire. The cause is unknown at this time however Bacidore says neighbors witnessed the porch light sparking. He speculated that that is what caused the fire to start on the second story of the home.
