Ogle County Bank Robbed Tuesday

CRESTON –  In a statement released this afternoon it was announced that the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of an armed robbery at a bank in Creston.  Just after 3 p.m. they were called to the 400 Block of Route 38 for an apparent incident at Holcomb State Bank.    Authorities say there is no danger to the public.   The investigation is ongoing.
