OGLESBY – Oglesby’s ice skating rink is being installed on Thursday. Director of Parks Bob Ghighi, says the installation will be finished by the end of the work day and says as soon as the rink is frozen, it will be available to skate. Hours of operation for the rink located on East Walnut Street will be from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with hockey hours scheduled from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until noon. Ghighi says all hours of operation will be posted on the ice rinks fence by tomorrow.
