Research teams revealed the busiest days to depart and return from holiday festivities being Wednesday, November 21st and returning on Sunday, November 25th. According Hopper and Insure my Trip, O’Hare averages over 100,000 scheduled outbound passengers, with their busiest time being 6:00 p.m.
