OTTAWA – OSF HealthCare Medical Group – Ottawa Starfire Drive is pleased to announce that Carrie Finley, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), has joined Dr. Ushasri Koganti’s Family Medicine care team. Finley provides care for patients from birth to seniors and considers herself the patient’s “health care partner.” Patients can depend on Finley to guide them with up-to-date, evidence-based care that takes each individual patient and family needs into consideration.
A native of Mendota, Finley has been serving patients in that community since 2014 as a member of the Emergency Department team at OSF HealthCare Saint Paul Medical Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.
Finley transitioned to the Family Medicine care team at 1209 Starfire Drive, Suite 3, in Ottawa on October 8. Appointments are available, including same-day appointments for urgent needs, and can be made by calling (815) 434-2048.
