Ottawa man charged after opening credit cards in elderly person’s name

 
OTTAWA – An elderly Ottawa resident has been a victim of fraud after credit cards were opened in her name. According to the Ottawa Police Department, 45-year-old Timothy M. Rodrick is being charged with aggravated identity theft due to the victim being over 60 years of age. Authorities say multiple credit cards were opened using the victim’s personal information.
