OTTAWA – The Ottawa Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a teenage girl. Police say 14-year-old Avery Steffen-Cullen is believed to be in the Ottawa, Streator or Marseilles areas. Avery was reportedly last seen wearing a black sweater, sweat pants and is approximately 5′ 07″ and 107 lbs. Anyone with any information as to her whereabouts is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Department.
