Over 27 lbs of Cannabis Edibles; Wax Recovered in I-80 Stop

OTTAWA – Two men are in the LaSalle County Jail after the Illinois State Police say they found a large amount of alleged cannabis edibles and other purported drug items in their vehicle. Last Thursday around 10 PM authorities say they stopped 30-year old Kyle Dichiera of Smartsville, California and 63-year old Fred Feit of Dunedin, Florida, near Ottawa on Interstate 80. After a search of the vehicle it was discovered they had allegedly over 27lbs of cannabis, cannabis wax and cannabis edibles. Both are being held on million dollar bonds at the LaSalle County Jail.
