SYCAMORE – A six foot tall statue of a pirate was stolen in Sycamore last year and the Dekalb County Crimestoppers are looking for answers. In a press release, the owner reported the pirate missing in early December. It is an antique restaurant mascot with a large, faded blue hat, brown hair and mustache wearing a red scarf.
