STREATOR – A search that lasted 8 hours has ended with two in custody. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office say they began looking for two individuals after they fled a traffic stop around 1:30 AM Monday. The search north of Kangley brought multiple agencies to the area using drones, dogs and ATV’s. One subject was located in a field in rural Streator, and the other near a business in the 1500 block of N. Rt 23. Charges and the identities of the subjects are expected to be announced later today.
