OTTAWA – 15 new COVID-19 cases were reported Wednesday by the La Salle County Health Department. The cases include one youth under 13. That makes 442 total cases since the pandemic began. Also the health department reported on Wednesday seven people have recovered from coronavirus in the past 24 hours.
