Resurfacing coming to 251 in Peru

PERU – Resurfacing work will reduce Illinois 251 through Peru to one lane in areas through the month of June. The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that between Midtown Road and the Illinois River one lane each way may be blocked and some intersections closed for up to 30 minutes. The work is expected to be completed by mid-June.
