Route 18 to be finished by holidays

 
STREATOR – The Illinois Department of Transportation’s Route 18 milling and resurfacing project is expected to be done by Thanksgiving. Streator City Engineer Jeremy Palm says paving will begin within the next week and should be completed before the holidays. The work is being done on Route 18 from 251 to the west end of Streator city limits.
