NORTHVILLE – A man has died after a single vehicle crash in Northville Township on Saturday. According to the LaSalle County Sheriff’s and Coroner’s office, 59-year-old Tim J. Christensen of Sandwich was heading northbound on East 29th Road north of N-4550th Road when he reportedly lost control of his van, entered the west ditch where it rolled over, struck a utility pole and caught fire. Christensen was pronounced dead at the scene. The case is under investigation by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s and Coroner’s Office.
