LADD – Residents of Ladd may need to be prepared for sewer backups for the next couple of weeks. Ameren has hired Pipe View America to perform pre-construction sewer inspection work on all streets east of Rt. 89. The work begins today and estimated completion will be on Friday 4/8/2022. Residents were advised by the village to place a towel between their toilet and toilet seat, close the lid and place something heavy on top to hold the lid down. Occasionally they caution the work can cause the sewer to back up into toilets. If you have a sewer backup that damages your home, they ask you contact the company, Pipe View America.
