Spring Street Reconstruction Slated

STREATOR – Spring Street will be reconstructed in the springtime as part of the city’s five year road plans. City Engineer Jeremy Palm says there will be a complete overlay and reconstruction of Spring Street from Bloomington to the east end of Spring Street next year through a block grant the city previously received. The city will take advantage of the remaining $156,000 and use $170,000 of the city’s funds.
