CHICAGO – The Illinois Department of Public Affairs reports one resident at the LaSalle Veterans Home has tested positive. In a press release Saturday from the Illinois Department of Public Health, officials say that testing is underway at the facility. Statewide, officials report over 2,500 new coronavirus cases for the state, with 105 deaths. 95 of those deaths were from the Chicagoland area.
