MARSEILLES – A man on a motorcycle was significantly injured and had to be life flighted from the scene after a crash between Marseilles and Ottawa on Sunday. The Illinois State Police report that 50-year-old John A. Potter of Tinley Park was seriously injured after he reportedly failed to negotiate a curve on Gentleman-Trumbo road and left the roadway. The crash is still under investigation by the Illinois State Police.
