OGLESBY – The State of Illinois will be testing tornado sirens Tuesday to determine the best location to notify visitors to state parks in north central Illinois during bad weather. Starting around 10 AM authorities will be testing portable sirens at a number of spots around Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks. There may be multiple tests. In case of inclement weather the testing will be rescheduled.
