SPRING VALLEY – A Spring Valley man is in jail after a Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team buy/bust operation on Wednesday. In a release by Tri-Dent, they say around noon along with the Spring Valley Police Department they conducted a controlled purchase of purported heroin from 28-year-old Ryan M. Buck. He was taken into custody and according to authorities gave consent to have a residence searched. During the investigation, over 18 grams of purported heroin was allegedly found. Buck was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and delivery. He was taken to the Bureau County Jail with bond yet to be set.
