EARLVILLE- A Tuesday morning house fire brought multiple area fire departments into Earlville to battle the blaze. Before 11 AM departments responded to a fire in the 100 Block of Church Street. Earlville, Paw Paw, Mendota, Shabbona and Leland Fire Departments began battling the fire, which sent smoke high over the city. The home was heavily damaged according to officials, but no injuries to the residents or rescue personnel was reported. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
