MENDOTA – A woman who fell from a bucket truck in Mendota Friday afternoon has been airlifted to a Rockford Hospital. According to the Mendota Fire Department, around 3:45 a call came in for a person who had fallen 10-12 feet near the intersection of Jefferson and Illinois. Upon arrival to the scene a decision was made immediately to get the patient transferred by helicopter.
