MINOOKA – A man is dead after an incident that was described as a work place fatality. The Grundy County Coroner on Friday say that the Minooka Fire Department were called to a business located in the 600 block of Twin Rail Drive in Minooka around 3 PM. The man was taken to Morris Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Authorities say the preliminary investigation found he was working on electricity when the incident occurred. His identity will be released following an autopsy Saturday. The death remains under investigation by Grundy County Coroner John Callahan’s office, the Minooka Police Department and OSHA.
