MENDOTA – The spring election saw two new faces join the Mendota City Council, with John Holland taking the Ward 3 seat, edging out Jody Mall. In Ward 4, Mark Peasley edged out Matt Ramer by just two votes, 73 to 71. They’ll be replacing Alderman Walter Weiland and Randy Morris.
