OTTAWA – A male in his 80’s and a female in her 90’s are the most recent COVID-19 related deaths in LaSalle County. The county reported the two deaths on Monday, for a total of 176 since the start of the pandemic, and 74 new cases and 103 additional recoveries. In total, 7,521 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in LaSalle County with 4,527 of those cases now recovered. Throughout Illinois, 7,214 new confirmed and probable cases were announced, the lowest daily case count seen in the state since late November, along with 103 deaths.
