STREATOR – A garage was a complete loss after a fire Friday in Streator. The Streator Fire Department say they were called to the 300 block of East First Street around 3 PM and found the structure fully involved. It took 15 minutes to extinguish the blaze, which had collapsed the roof of the garage. There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
