Peru launches memorial bench program

PERU – Memorial benches can now be sponsored throughout the city of Peru. The city will be offering the public the opportunity to have a bench installed in a public area with an inscribed plaque. An application form is available at the city office for the program. The price of the bench will be $1,000, and those interested can call the city to discuss location options.
