MENDOTA – An unusual oversight in city planning was corrected at the Mendota City Council meeting Monday. A small strip of land that was originally an alley inside the property owned by Black Brothers off of 5th Street was never ceded to the company by the city. The isolated parcel of land was vacated by a unanimous vote from the city council.
