TORONTO, CANADA — When taking your pup to the dog park in a neighborhood in Toronto, make sure they do not get excited and bark. A sign was recently hung at a dog park asking the owners to prevent their dogs from barking as to not disturb the neighborhood. After public scrutiny, the sign was removed.
