In August the Putnam County Special Olympics team traveled to the Cherry Valley Bowling Alley in Rockford to compete in their bowling skills competition.
Matthew Schennum took home a gold medal and is advancing to Sectionals in October. Also competing at the meet were Max Brester, taking home the silver medal, Alyssa Fluech with a bronze medal, and Blake Baker brought home a 7th place ribbon.
