DELRAY BEACH, FL — A 45-year-old man entered the Delray Beach park and jumped into the water. A few minutes he allegedly emerged from the water, unclothed and approached an elderly man and slapped him. Witness said he had been unclothed since arrived and that the man had been agitated and had several altercations with other individuals before he slapped the elderly victim. The victim was not seriously injured.
